When will I hear back after I've applied?

What's the status of my application?

On the Career Site, click on "Account Login". Log into your account and you'll be able to view all completed applications under the "Applicant Activity" section. You'll also see the status of your applications.

What is a Talent Network?

A Talent Network allows interested candidates to receive job alerts and communications from UMMS regarding job opportunities, events, news and other career-related information without actually applying for a position.

What do the job categories mean?

My computer keeps freezing or kicking me out of the application. What should I do?

My application keeps timing out. What should I do?

There is a timer at the top of the application. You have 20 minutes to complete each page before it times out. You can save your progress as you go if you need longer to fill out the application. Just click the Save button at the bottom of the application.

I'm not receiving the forgot password link, what should I do?

If you've tried the "I have forgotten my password" link and you aren't receiving the email, please check your junk/spam folder and be sure you have noreply@umm.edu added to your contact list. If you are still unable to reset your password, reach out to our HRConnections Service Center at 1-855-486-6747 to have it reset manually.

I'm an UMMS Team Member, where should I apply?

Internal employees should click "Team Member" in the top menu of this page.

I joined the Talent Network. Does this mean I've applied?

No. The Talent Community is a different system that allows candidates to express an interest in UMMS and sign up for email alerts on the latest openings. If you want to apply, you'll need to create a candidate profile and submit an application for a specific position.

I forgot my password. How do I get back into my profile?

After clicking "Account Login" at the top of the careers site, click on "Forgot your Password?" and enter your email address. You'll be emailed a temporary password, so you can log in and reset your password.

I am having technical problems when applying. What should I do?

Please ensure you are using a supported web browser and have downloaded the most recent version. Applying with an out-of-date or unsupported browser can cause technical issues when applying. To see a list of supported browsers click HERE

How do I update profile or my job alert settings?

Visit Update My Profile. Update your profile and select the arrow next to "Get our newest jobs by email". You'll be able to select the frequency of your alerts, job categories, and job title of the jobs that match your skills.

How do I update my password?

On the Career Site click on "Account Login", and then choose "Sign In" to your account. Under "Account Information" you'll see an option to Update Your Password. Alternately, you can choose "Forgot Password" and a password reset link will be sent to your email address.

How do I update an application I already submitted?

Click "My Account" at the top of our career site. After logging into your account you can update your personal info, view application status, and upload your new/updated documents in the Documents section.
