Have I ever mentioned what a terrible vegetarian I was when I first stopped eating meat? I definitely fit the stereotype of someone who gives up meat and replaces it with pizza and Doritos. (In my defense, I did eat a lot of veggies too. Also, I was 12.) Although I haven't eaten a Dorito in about a decade, I will always have a soft spot for pizza. Bad pizza, good pizza, it doesn't matter to me. We usually have it about once a month, either homemade or takeout. I could probably start a second blog dedicated to vegetarian pizzas, in fact.
Do you love pizza too? Of course you do! Here are 50 vegetarian pizza recipes.

I would be totally content never eating meat on a pizza again. I'd have to say my favorite would include spinach, caramelized onions, tomatoes and mushrooms.

I've never liked Doritos, but I ate plenty of other kid junk. I can also be boring about my pizza choices because I can be perfectly happy with a plain cheese pizza, but I drool whenever I see that apple cheddar pizza, or the poblano corn one!

I'll eat cheese pizza when someone else orders it and there's no other vegetarian option, but if I'm ordering it myself (or making it), I like lots of toppings. The weirder the better. 🙂

AWESOME post!!!! These pizza recipes look amazing. Seriously, I want to gobble up each and every one! I adore pizza. While I'm not necessarily a vegetarian, I dislike (and actually will not eat) meat on my pizza...so this is perfect for me! I loved this post so much that I posted it onto our Delicious Karma Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DeliciousKarma. Oh, and also our Pinterest board: http://pinterest.com/deliciouskarma/flatbreads-pizza (where I realize I've already pinned a number of your other pizza recipes!). Guess I like your pizza recipes, ha, ha! 🙂

I love pizza too! There's something so comforting and relaxing about it. I dunno...it's just good! And your blog is the 3rd one TODAY that I've seen this cauliflower crust thing. I guess I'm going to have to try it! Does it taste cauliflower-y?

I know someone else who made it and thought that it did, but we didn't think so. So I guess it depends? 🙂
